Structure
20x10 m padel court made with painted galvanized steel structure or covering the structure with epoxy polyester resin
baked according to the characteristics of the technical specifications.
50x50x4mm electro-welded galvanized mesh with delivery without interior highlights. Frame joints with threaded rod, washers and rounded stainless steel blind nuts. Double entrance door opening of 1.10 cm.
Even poles and fully finished net in accordance with the provisions of the FIP on material approval.
Optional custom corner finish, stringers in bottoms with 140x60x2 galva structural tube.
Intermediate 80.60.2 sides of 3 m in height, anchoring plates 300x180x10 mm and 200x190x10 mm with 10 mm sheet plates, with screws m14 or more and metal plugs, minimum length 140 mm.
Fixing to the floor by means of similar blocks, structural reinforcement metal plates up to 0.5 meters high based on glass support pillars, horizontal crossbars at 1 m and 2 m of 30x30x2mm for anti-buckling, upper sealing of pillars with PVC plugs.
Glass
Approved 12 mm tempered glass for panoramic backgrounds and for the sides.
In the case of side windows, this court can mount 2 large 2x3m panes, the same size as the bottoms or the traditional system. All of them installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakages. The manufacturing process for all this tempered glass is manufactured using a standardized production process and in compliance with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

In case of breakage, tempered glass disintegrates into small fragments that They do not cause serious sharp or lacerating wounds, such as those that would cause the sharp edges of small pieces of annealed glass.
These characteristics make tempered glass a good option for human safety, especially since it does not break into sharp or large fragments.
Tempered glass has four times the mechanical strength of annealed glass.
Painting
The metallic elements are coated with polyester paint, a thermosetting powder formulated with polyester resins. This finish, in the color desired by the customer, provides these elements with good resistance to corrosion and ultraviolet rays, in addition to being very resistant to mechanical impacts.
Once the powder paint has been applied electrostatically to the surface of the material, the pieces are transferred to an oven where they are heated to a temperature between 180ºC-200ºC, in which polymerization occurs.
In coastal/maritime areas where salt spray forms that, driven by the wind, creates conditions of high risk of corrosion. (especially in the first 100m), we applied a set of extra actions that involve protecting the metal structure of the court against corrosion.
The structure can be painted with the RAL that the customer decides, optionally the court can be painted in 2 shades, for example the poles of the bulbs can be painted in a different color.
We work with paint with the QUALICOAT seal, this is a timbre Of quality and that it is committed to maintaining and promoting the quality of the coating on aluminum and its alloy substrates for architectural applications.
LIGHTING

LED lighting with 8 bulbs of 150w or 200w specially designed for our padel courts.
According to the NIDE standards for the lighting of a padel court it will be uniform and in such a way that it does not hinder the vision of the players, the referee team or the spectators. We comply with the UNE-EN 12193 standard “Lighting for sports facilities”.
