Technical Description
Structure
The enclosure of the court is formed by a self-supporting structure with a structural tube, closed and anchored with two lower and upper perimeter rings, made of structural sheet metal of 5mm.
Galvanized steel painted or coated the structure with baked epoxy polyester resin. Electro-welded galvanized mesh 50x50x4mm with delivery without projections.
Frames formed with 2mm thick structural tube according to specifications, 3 horizontal 40x5mm plate crossbars for anti-buckling, premium finish that offers a perfect vision without any structural element around the perimeter of glass with custom elements on door posts and structural elements.
Glass
Homologated 12mm tempered glass for the panoramic backgrounds and for the sides. In the case of the side windows, this court can mount 2 large 2x3m windows, the same size as the bottoms or the traditional system. All of them installed on 5mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breaks. The manufacturing process of all this tempered glass is manufactured using a standardized production process and in compliance with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.
Turf
New 10mm textured turf by MONDO Superturf, artificial turf used in the center court of the main professional tournaments in the world, which stands out for the textured effect of its filaments. It provides greater rotational and longitudinal traction capacity, allowing an increase in the grip and therefore improves the safety and performance of the displacements.
Also available the 12mm monofilament grass in the 4 official colors accepted by the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay, black and purple
Paint
The metallic elements are coated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint formulated with polyester resins. This QUALICOAT-certified finish can be in the color of the customer's choice, and gives these elements good resistance to corrosion and ultraviolet rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical impact.
Lighting
LED lighting with 8 spotlights of 200w is specially designed for our padel courts. To improve the performance in the lightening it is possible to increase the amount of lamps or with higher power.
According to NIDE standards, the lighting of a padel court will be uniform and in a way that does not hinder the vision of the players, the referee team, or the spectators.
We comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard "Lighting for sports facilities".
